FlowDesk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your internal business purposes (property deal management).

3. Intellectual Property

The FlowDesk platform, including its code, design, and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of Level09 Studios. Your data remains your property.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlowDesk is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
